Product Warranty Policy
Updated on: December 5, 2025
The Warranty Policy defines the obligations, terms, conditions, and limitations related to the coverage offered on products sold by ANBROZA. The legal warranty covers manufacturing defects and apparent or hidden defects that compromise the normal functioning of the product, provided that the consumer respects the instructions for use, installation, and maintenance provided by the manufacturer.
The warranty period follows applicable legislation and may be supplemented by the contractual warranty offered by ANBROZA or the manufacturer, when available. Products that use software, firmware, or remote updates may undergo functional or aesthetic modifications without this constituting a breach of warranty, provided that essential functionality is preserved.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, drops, liquids, electrical surges, improper adaptations, unauthorized modifications, incorrect installation, use with incompatible accessories, third-party technical instructions, or natural wear and tear from use. Products showing signs of tampering, removal of seals, indirect opening, or internal alteration may have their warranty automatically suspended.
The warranty process may include technical analysis, repair, replacement with an equivalent item, or proportional reimbursement, as assessed by the manufacturer or ANBROZA. The customer may be instructed to send the product for diagnosis, and logistical costs may vary depending on the nature of the defect and the warranty period. If the defect is not confirmed, operational costs may be passed on to the consumer.
ANBROZA does not guarantee the compatibility of products with equipment not listed in the specifications, nor is it responsible for indirect damages or data loss resulting from technical failures. The company's liability is limited to the value of the product or its replacement according to conditional terms.
The use of the products implies knowledge of and access to the warranty terms; it is the consumer's responsibility to consult manuals, certificates, and instructions for use before installation and operation.
Legal guarantee
The legal warranty is a right guaranteed to consumers by Brazilian law, ensuring coverage against manufacturing defects within a specified period, depending on the product category. This warranty begins with the collection and reporting of faults that prevent the proper use of the item. The consumer must report problems within the stipulated period to exercise their rights. The legal warranty does not depend on an additional contract and cannot be annulled by a contrary clause. However, the consumer must fulfill the obligations foreseen, such as preserving the product, following the instructions for use, and not making unauthorized modifications. If a defect is found, the supplier has the right to attempt repair before replacement or refund. In technological products, repair may involve specialized diagnosis and component replacement. The consumer acknowledges that the application of the legal warranty depends on technical analysis and does not automatically grant the right to immediate replacement.
Contractual guarantee
Contractual warranty is a supplementary and optional benefit offered by ANBROZA or the manufacturer, extending the coverage period or scope of service beyond what is legally required. This warranty may include extended periods, priority technical support, expedited replacement, or specialized repair. To activate this option, the customer may have to meet requirements such as product registration, submission of an invoice, completion of a form, or access to specific terms. Although supplementary, the contractual warranty does not transfer the consumer's legal responsibility nor exclude basic obligations stipulated by law. Failure to comply with contractual criteria, such as failure to register within the deadline, may prevent its activation. The company may offer alternative solutions when a particular product does not have viable replacement parts, such as replacement with an equivalent model or credit. The consumer agrees that the contractual warranty is governed by its own terms and may have different rules for different categories.
How to activate
To activate the warranty, the consumer must report the problem through official channels, providing documents, evidence, and specific details of the defect. The company may request photos, videos, remote tests, serial number, and invoice. In some cases, it will be necessary to send the product for technical evaluation, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the security of the packaging and the tracking of the shipment. After collection, the item will undergo analysis to identify the origin and nature of the defect. If a manufacturing defect is found, the repair, replacement, or refund procedures will be defined and communicated to the customer. If the defect is not confirmed, or if misuse is found, the product may be returned unrepaired or with additional costs. The consumer demands that the technical analysis be a mandatory step and that the resolution time depends on operational factors, parts availability, and the complexity of the repair.
Exclude
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, drops, liquid infiltration, use of chemicals, physical impacts, overheating, electrical shorts, extreme environmental exposure, incorrect installation, improper use, unauthorized technical interventions, overload, structural alterations, or normal wear and tear. The use of adapters, non-approved accessories, and software modifications may void the warranty. Equipment with broken seals, signs of tampering, or internal alterations will be automatically excluded. Natural wear and tear includes progressive battery changes, discoloration, oxidation, and performance loss resulting from regular use and is not considered a defect. Items exposed to an unsuitable environment, stored in a contaminated manner, or used outside of their intended purpose may lose coverage. The consumer acknowledges that the warranty covers manufacturing defects and not damage caused by misuse or foreseeable wear and tear.
Natural wear and tear
All products are subject to natural wear and tear due to regular use, time, environmental conditions, and manufacturing characteristics. Batteries, mechanical components, coatings, keys, rubber, films, and parts subject to friction exhibit progressive wear and tear, which is not considered a defect. Products exposed to dust, humidity, excessive heat, or friction may deteriorate more quickly. Parts with a limited lifespan may require periodic replacements and are not covered by the warranty, except when they present proven preliminary failures. ANBROZA is not responsible for damage resulting from prolonged use, lack of preventive maintenance, improper storage, or natural aging of the material. The consumer acknowledges that natural wear and tear is an expected event and does not constitute a hidden defect.
Misuse
Damage resulting from misuse includes drops, impacts, liquid spills, damaged connectors, use under external voltage, exposure to heat, obstructed ventilation, lack of care, improper cleaning, improper adaptation, or use of incompatible accessories. Technical modifications, opening the product, replacement of components by third parties, and unauthorized software alterations may compromise its operation and safety, and will void the warranty. Items damaged by accidents, discovered or specific causes, will be specific to each case, and if identified as misuse, repairs may be charged in full. The customer assumes direct responsibility for the product's maintenance and understands that misuse excludes legal and contractual warranties.
Responsibility
ANBROZA's responsibility is limited to the payment for the product and the provision of technical assistance under the agreed conditions. The company will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, financial losses, data loss, business interruption, operational costs, or consequences arising from technical failures. The consumer must back up and maintain security copies before sending the product for analysis. ANBROZA strives for transparency and speed, but the solution depends on diagnosis, parts availability, and logistical infrastructure. By using the company's products, the consumer accepts the terms of this policy and confirms that the warranty is limited and conditional on technical, legal, and operational factors.
Security and Compliance Policy
ANBROZA's Product Safety and Compliance Policy establishes principles and responsibilities related to the safe and regulated use of the products it sells. The items sold are selected based on performance, quality, efficiency, and compliance with current legal, technical, and regulatory standards. Before being made available, products undergo quality evaluation and testing processes aimed at minimizing the risk of failures, accidents, and negative impacts on the consumer. Even so, every product has technical specifications and requires proper use, according to the manufacturer's specifications.
It is the user's responsibility to follow the instructions for installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal, avoiding conduct that compromises physical, electrical, mechanical, or sanitary safety. Electronic products require a protected environment, use at the correct voltage, adequate ventilation, and protection against humidity and moderate thermal exposure. ANBROZA is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, negligence, improper modification, use of incompatible parts, unauthorized technical adaptation, or improper storage.
Products that present potential risks, such as overheating, natural odors, short circuits, or structural failures, should be immediately removed from use and reported to support. In cases of proven risk, the company may adopt preventive measures, such as recalls, temporary suspension of sales, or replacement of the affected item. Items presenting minor aesthetic or functional variations between batches, without this constituting a defect.
ANBROZA's responsibility is limited to technical conformity and manufacturing quality, not covering indirect damages, financial losses, domestic accidents, or events caused by harmful use. By purchasing products from the brand, the consumer confirms that safety depends on responsible conduct and full compliance with usage guidelines.
Products
The products marketed by ANBROZA are selected to meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards applicable to each category. Certifications include electrical, environmental, sanitary, and energy efficiency standards, or may include technical compatibility. Manufacturers use seals, reports, laboratory tests, and regulatory labels to prove compliance. In international markets, products may meet specific standards of different regions, provided they meet minimum criteria for safe operation in Brazil. The presence of certification does not eliminate the need for responsible use, preventive maintenance, or periodic inspection. The consumer confirms that certification indicates initial technical compliance, not an absolute guarantee against failures.
Safe products
The products are designed to offer safe use under normal operating conditions. However, factors such as outdoor installation, amateur modifications, exposure to liquids, electrical overload, ventilation interference, and improper handling can compromise safety. Risks may include overheating, electric shock, fire, short circuit, corrosion, mechanical instability, or structural failure. Products showing signs of damage should be discontinued immediately. Consumers should follow the manufacturer's recommendations, especially regarding power, voltage, distance, mounting, and storage restrictions. Product safety also depends on the integrity of the environment.
Products tested
Before being made available to consumers, products undergo evaluation and performance testing processes aimed at identifying flaws, instabilities, manufacturing problems, and potential risks. Tests include electrical, mechanical, thermal, environmental, functional, and durability tests. However, no battery of tests guarantees that failures will never occur, especially when the product is exposed to unforeseen conditions. Variations in use, environment, batch, and time can generate different behaviors. ANBROZA seeks to offer reliable products, but with the assurance that safety depends on collaboration between manufacturer and user.
Within the rules
Products marketed by ANBROZA must comply with applicable national and international technical, regulatory, and commercial standards for each category. This includes electrical, sanitary, environmental, mechanical, and manufacturing requirements. Standards exclude specific labeling, instruction manuals, certifications, tests, and minimum performance standards. Regulatory updates may require subsequent adjustments to product, packaging, or operating procedures, but do not constitute prior non-compliance. The consumer accepts that technical compliance is a legal obligation, but also depends on proper use and responsible storage.
Misuse
Misuse includes operational negligence, incorrect installation, use of incompatible parts, improper adaptation, exposure to unsuitable environments, improper cleaning, electrical overload, ventilation interference, use on outdoor surfaces, and any actions that violate safety instructions. Damage resulting from misuse may be irreversible and result in loss of warranty. Products showing signs of burning, drops, liquid damage, deformation, or structural alteration will be analyzed and may be excluded from coverage. ANBROZA advises consumers to use equipment according to technical specifications, confirming that the consequences of misuse are the sole responsibility of the user.
Responsibility
ANBROZA's responsibility regarding product safety is limited to proven manufacturing defects and technical conformity. The company is not responsible for domestic accidents, physical harm, burns, electric shocks, fires, property damage, business interruption, or losses caused by misuse, negligence, unsuitable environment, or unauthorized interventions. In cases of proven risk, solutions may include repair, replacement, or refund. The company does not cover indirect, moral, or financial damages. The consumer confirms that safety depends on conscious use, proper maintenance, and immediate reporting of irregularities.
